Everything Announced at Today’s Nintendo Indie World Showcase
Today Nintendo hosted an Indie World Showcase that announced titles and updates coming to both generations of the Switch. Many of the games showcased are already available on other platforms, but there are also some new titles, as well as a limited-time Switch 2 exclusive. Here’s a rundown of everything that was announced.
Mina the Hollower Demo Out, Coming in October
The developers behind Shovel Knight are back with a new action adventure game. Mina the Hollower currently has a free demo available, and will be coming to the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 on October 31, 2025.
Well Dweller Announced
Top Hat Studios, the creators of Crypt Custodian and Islets, are releasing a retraversal action game called Well Dweller, where you play as a bird navigating a dark forest on a quest to defeat a wicked queen. The game will release on Nintendo Switch in 2026.
Neverway Coming Next Year
Coldblood Inc.’s new action horror farming sim has some big names on the team, including the pixel artist from Celeste and the composer from Fez and Hyper Light Drifter. Neverway will be coming to Nintendo Switch in 2026.
Herdling Coming in August
The 3D herding game from Okomotive and Panic will have you exploring a mysterious world and solving puzzles. Herdling will be released on Switch on August 21, 2025.
