Nintendo Docks on Koholint Island for The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening Switch Remake

The first Nintendo Direct announcement of 2019 revealed Wednesday the new titles coming to the Nintendo Switch, including a new re-imagining of the Game Boy classic title Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening on the way later this year.
Other highlights include an update for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, a Tetris battle royale game (Fortnite whom?) and the rage-fuel platformer, Super Mario Maker 2. The announcement closed out with the surprise revival of a nearly 26-year-old Zelda title.
With E3 on the horizon for developers, Nintendo is surely gearing up for (Animal Crossing) their more substantial (Animal Crossing) 2019 announcements (Animal Crossing).
