PSVR 2 Gets a Release Window and a Slick New Photo

As of Tuesday morning, the long-awaited PSVR 2 has a release window. The anticipated VR headset, an updated version of Sony’s current model, will release in early 2023, the company announced on Twitter.
Announced in 2021, PSVR 2 is designed to work with the Playstation 5. It will improve on its six-year-old predecessor in several ways, including higher resolution and better tracking. It will also require only one wire to connect to the console, an announcement that people on Twitter seem pretty excited about. The release announcement itself was sparse, including only an image of the headset floating in space and the words “Coming early 2023.”
